What happens when you hand a young girl a flag football belt and the belief that she belongs on the field? You get a leader in the making.


Gridiron Girlz isn’t just about touchdowns—it’s about transformation. Every practice, every huddle, and every cheer from the sidelines helps build something bigger than the game itself: confidence, resilience, teamwork, and joy.

This program gives girls ages 8–18 a space to compete, lead, and grow—especially those who may not otherwise have access to organized sports. Through this league, we’ve seen shy girls become captains, first-timers make game-winning plays, and friendships form that stretch far beyond the field.
