Gridiron Girlz is a flagship program of the SOLIDarity Foundation designed to empower girls ages 8-18 through flag football, leadership development, and character-building experiences. The program provides access to high-quality coaching, competitive play, and educational enrichment-creating a platform where young athletes can grow with confidence, discipline, and purpose. From the field to the classroom, Gridiron Girlz is redefining excellence-one yard, one girl, one crown at a time.

Alpha One is our competitive all-girls flag football team, created to empower young female athletes through teamwork, discipline, leadership, and athletic excellence. The program provides opportunities for girls to compete, build confidence, and develop skills both on and off the field.
