B.U.I.L.D. Academy equips youth and adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to shape the future through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).

We believe food security is not achieved through access alone. It also requires the knowledge, resources, and opportunity to grow, prepare, preserve, and share healthy food. The Well
Where Wellness Meets Community.
Across cultures and throughout history, the village well represented far more than a source of water. It was where communities gathered to exchange knowledge, strengthen relationships, care for one another, and celebrate life. Indigenous peoples regarded water as sacred. African villages were often organized around communal wells that sustained daily life. Throughout history, civilizations flourished where access to clean water created opportunities for health, connection, and prosperity.
The well became more than a destination…it became the heart of the community.
Inspired by this timeless tradition, The Well is more than a health initiative. It is a place where individuals and families come to restore, strengthen, and flourish. Through preventive healthcare, nutrition and fitness, health education, lifestyle coaching, and community wellness programming, The Well promotes whole-person health. Wellness begins where community gathers.

Gridiron Girlz expands access and opportunity for girls through flag football, athletic development, mentorship, leadership, education, and exposure.
Through recreational leagues, competitive travel teams, skills training, camps, recruiting support, and personal development programs, we create a space where girls can strengthen their athletic ability, build confidence, develop discipline, and discover the power of their own voice.
Gridiron Girlz prepares young athletes for success beyond the field by connecting sport with leadership, academic achievement, character development, etiquette, and pathways to collegiate and professional opportunity. More than a sports program, Gridiron Girlz is a platform for girls to compete boldly, lead authentically, and redefine what is possible for the next generation of female athletes.

The Village is our signature housing and community development initiative dedicated to creating self-sustaining neighborhoods where families do not simply live—they thrive.
Each Village integrates affordable eco-friendly housing, urban agriculture, community gathering spaces, childcare, education, wellness services, and economic opportunity into one holistic ecosystem. Designed in partnership with Afro Agriculture, The Village embraces sustainable living through edible landscapes, vertical farming, renewable practices, and community-centered design.
